There in the “Kazakstan kitaptary” department is organized an exhibition dedicated to the 80-th birthday of the poet, member of the Writers’ union of Kazakhstan Sharifolla Saniyev.

    Saniyev Sharifolla was born in 1933 in the Taipak district of the Western-Kazakhstani region. In 1951 he finished the school for the preparation of the junior specialists in aviation in Sterlitamak city (Bashkortostan), after that he worked as a master for the repair of electrical equipment of aircraft, as a driver and worker at the tselina, as a correspondent of the district newspaper “Kyzyl tu”, head of the typography. From 1978 Sh.Saniyev worked at the Almaty polygraphical combine, after that as executive secretary of the magazine “Kulynshak”.

    The first verses of Sh.Saniyev who became enthralled with poetry, were published in the school wall newspaper.

   In 1969 the verses of Sh.Saniyev entered the poetical collection “Zhas keruen”. After that there were published the collections “Sapar” (1971), “Byr tilim ai” (1989), “Erkeler men serkeler” (1991) and others.

  There at the book exhibition are presented materials about the life and creative activity of Sh.Saniyev and his works: “Zhas keruen” (1969), “Sapar” (1971), “Byr tilim ai” (1989), “Erkeler men serkeler” (1991) and others.
