On January 23 at 11.00 hours there in the Exhibitions’ hall took place the presentation of the books by the Academician of the National academy of sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holder of the order “Parasat”, doctor of science (economics, professor) Amanzhol Koshanov “The industrial-innovation strategy and economic growth”, “The difficult rise. On the ways to the market”, “The national economic interests and ownership relations”.

    Amanzhol Koshanovich Koshanov was born on October 11, 1934 in Alkaagash village of the Shal akynsk district of the Northern-Kazakhstani region. He graduated from the faculty of economy of the Moscow state university after M.Lomonosov (1951-1959), from 1957 to 1959 he taught at the Aktyubinsk cooperative technical school. In 1959-1995 he occupied the posts of junior scientific worker to director at the Economic institute of the Academy of sciences of the Kazakh SSR. In 1996-1999 he worked as vice-president of the Academy of sciences of the Ministry of science of the RK. From 2004 he is the head of the department of market economy theory of the Institute of economics of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    There in the works of academician A.Koshanov are investigated the topical issues of the new stage of industrial modernizatioon of Kazakhstan. From a new standpoint there are solved the tasks of organic combination of forced industrialization, modernization and innovational development. There are studied the contradictions in the transfer to the new alternative model of economic growth and innovational type of reproduction. There staged and solved anew the issues of maximization of new factors of economic growth and positive evolution of property relations in the structure-forming branches and spheres. As pertains the aspect of mobilization of investment resources there in the books a special attention is paid to the elaboration of the theory, methodology and fiscal practice of expropriation and appropriation of the natural rent, which has a special significance in the conditions of Kazakhstan. There are studied the problems of regulation and perfection of the market model of the economy of Kazakhstan in the conditions of the world crisis. The author participated in the elaboration of the scientific programme for research of the market transformation of the economy of Kazakhstan via the formation  of his own scientific schoolin economic theory.

    Amanzhol Koshanov is the author of more than 400 books, 29 monographs and the editor of more than 100 editions. The moderator at the presentation was the President of the Union of scientists of Kazakhstan, the winner of the state prize, doctor of science (economics), professor Orazaly Sabden.

    There at the presentation spoke the well-known academicians: S.Kirabayev, S.Kenzhebayev, N.Mamyrov, A.Nysanbayev, the scientists-professors: M.Asylbekov, Kh.Abzhanov, M.Narikbayev,N.Sharipova, Sh.Berkimbayeva, R.Alshanov, A.Abishev. the speakers stressed the modern problems in the development of the economy of Kazakhstan, the significance of the works of academician A.Koshanov.

    There to the activity was timed the bookm exhibition from the fond of the National library of the RK named “The academician Amanzhol Koshanov” dedicated to the life and activity of A.Koshanov. there at the book exhibition are presented his books, monographs, articles, editions published in different years and literature about him.

   There in the presentation participated the well-known scientists, public figures, heads of the scientific institutes and unversities, teachers and students from the institutes, librarians of Almaty city, readers and representatives of mass-media.
