    The multimedia service provides information resources on oil and gas, electronic editions, organizes the work of Electronic documents delivery and The system of informational backing of state employees, provides access to the Data-bases of the world publishing houses.

    -EastView data-base (in the Russian language) contains the leading Russian periodical editions in the humanities – from the journals of the institutes of the Russian Academy of sciences, embracing the spheres from archeology to linguistics up to the so-called “thick journals”, beginning from the famous “Novyi Myr” and independent scientific journals. The thematics: history, state and law, natural sciences, literature-study, medicine and health protection, science and technology, philosophy, economics, ethnography.

    -EBSCO data-base (in the English language) contains editions in economics, business, management, sociology, politology, informatics and etc, altogether more than 14 000 journals, documents in business analytics, reports about markets, companies etc.

    -The digital library of the Human rights commission under the President of the RK and other Internet resources
