Director-General of the National library of the RK O.Issakhov on October 14-16, 2010 participated in the third session of directors of the national libraries of the member-participants of the Organization of Economic Cooperation (OEC) “The OEC Region: the Cradle of cultural heritage” which took place at the National library of Turkey (Ankara city, Turkey).
