There at the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place the Regional meeting of experts responsible for the collection, storage and restoration of Moslem manuscripts and artifacts.  On the eve of the chairmanship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Organization of Islamic Conference in 2011, the Institute of Oriental studies after R.B.Suleimenov of the Committee of science of the Ministry of education and science of the RK, the National library of the RK, the Islamic educational, scientific and cultural organization (ISESCO), the National commission of the RK of UNESCO and ISESCO affairs organized the given meeting.
