On December 28 there at the National library of the Republic Kazakhstan took place the ceremony of commemorative stamping of the postage stamp dedicated to the 125-th birthday of Mirzhakyp Dulatov.

    The postage stamp was released in the “Memorable and jubilee dates” series.

    There on the postage stamp is depicted a portrait of Mirzhakyp Dulatov. The postage stamp was manufactured by the offset method with the use of 4 colours, with the comb-shaped perforation. The size of the postage stamp is 33 x 27,5 mm, circulation 3 000 000 pieces. The artist Daniyar Mukhamedzhanov. The postage stamps were printed at the Republican state enterprise “The banknote factory of the National bank of the Republic Kazakhstan”. The postage stamp will be stamped by the special stamp of the First day, the design of the stamp was made by Daniyar Mukhamedzhanov.

    There in the ceremony of commemorative stamping participated the grandson of the writer, Director-General of “Mektep” publishing house Satybaldiyev Erlan Abenovich and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the “Kazpochta” Joint-Stock Company Abdrakhmanov Mukhtar Muratovich.
