There within the framework of the 20-th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan the National library of the Republic Kazakhstan organized for the 66-th year of the Victory in the Great Patriotic war the book-illustrative exhibition “The chronicles of the Great Patriotic war”. 

    There at the exhibition are presented more than 200 editions in the Kazakh and Russian languages, the materials about the feats of the Heroes of the Soviet Union B.Momyshuly, M.Gabdullin, A.Moldagulova, M.Mametova and the writers-veterans K.Kaisenov, A.Nurshayikhov, R.Koshkarbayev and many others, also the collections of books published for the 65-th anniversary of the Victory, “The books of memory”, the publications of the Red-Guard newspaper of the Leningrad front “Otandy korgauda” during the years 1942-1945 in the Kazakh language.
