The specialists of the National library of the RK Ismailov E.I. and Kasymzhanova K.T. participated as trainers in the training-seminar “The creation of strong library associations and formation of the cadre potential” which took place on October 26-30, 2010 on the basis of the Southern-Kazakhstani regional universal scientific library after A.S.Pushkin.

   The training-seminar “The creation of strong library associations and formation of the cadre potential” took place on October 26-30, 2010. The training-seminar was held by the Library association of the Republic Kazakhstan and the Southern-Kazakhstani regional universal scientific library after A.S.Pushkin by the project and assistance of the International federation of library associations and institutions (IFLA).

   The participants of the training-seminar were representatives of the regional universal, youth’s, special, central district and city libraries, libraries of higher educational establishments and colleges. 30 participants of the training-seminar received certificates.
