On November 4, 2011 at 11:00 hours there at the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the 20-th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place the presentation of the book by the well-known writer , cinema dramaturgist and journalist Smagul Elubai “Kiyamet-kaiym gasyry” “The day of horrible judgement”.

   The presentation was opened by Director-General of the NLRK G.K.Balabekova.

   The moderators of the presentation was the prominent culturologist, president of the public foundation “The foundation after Mukhtar Auezov” Murat Auezov and a well-known writer, honored figure of culture of the RK, the winner of the Presidential prize, holder of the “Kurmet” order Mereke Kulkenov. There at the presentation spoke: S.Narymbetov, A.Artsishevski, A.Alimov, A.Sarym, G.Zhailybai, D.Nakipov, A.Zhaksylykov and others.

   There for the activity was timed the book-illustrative exhibition “Kalamger kelbeti” dedicated to the creative activity of S.A.Elubai.
