There at the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 11, 2012 opened the book-illustrative exhibition named “El Eryn Umytpaidy” dedicated to the centenary of the outstanding state and public figure of Kazakhstan, academician Dinmukhamed Akhmetovich Kunayev.
Dinmukhamed Akhmetovich Kunayev is an outstanding public and state figure of Kazakhstan, three times Hero of Socialist Labour, academician of the Academy of sciences of the Kazakh SSR, doctor of science (technology). The whole of his activity was dedicated to Kazakhstan and its social-economic and cultural development.
The book exhibition “El Eryn Umytpaidy” consists of six divisions.
The first division “Alataudai askak tulga” is dedicated to the biography of the life of D.Kunayev, his childhood and his native city Verny (today Almaty).
The second division “Enbek zholynyn bastaluy” presents materials on the beginning of his labour activity at the mine of the Konrat-Balkhash copper-smelting factory.
The third division “Akademik Konayev” is dedicated to the academician of the Academy of sciences of the KazSSR D.Kunayev, the scientist in the mining sphere, to his works of the issues of the theory and practice of open-cast mining, researches and innovations in ore-breaking at the mines.
The fourth division “Khalyk zhadyndagy kairatker” discloses the contribution of D.Kunayev into the development of the national economy, the social sphere, science and national culture of the country.
The fifth division “Dinmukhamed Konayev zhane Almaty”. During the years of his leadership the capital of the republic – Almaty city turned into a highly developed industrial, cultural and scientific centre. There were built the Big Almaty Channel, the Palace of Republic, the Palace of culture of the Almaty Cotton-Textile Factory, the Palace of Wedding etc.
The sixth division “Kozden ketkenmen konilden ketpes esim” presents the recollections about D.Kunayev. The personal example and nobleness of D.Kunayev is edifying for the growing generation. D.Kunayev still preserves the authority with the people who always respected and supported him. |
