There at the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 5, 2011 opened the book-illustrative exhibition named “Olmes omir zhyrshysy” dedicated to the centennial jubilee of the prominent writer and lyric Kasym Amanzholov.
The exhibition consists of two parts.
The first part “Kyran kanatty akyn” presents the works of Kasym Amanzholov “Omir syry” (“The confession of the life”), “Dauyl” (“The tempest”), “Balbobek” (“The collection of verses for children”), “Nurly duniye” (“The light world”), “Zhanna”, the collection of verses and poems “Akyn olimi turaly anyz” (“The poet’s death”), and also the translations of the poet into the Kazakh language of the works of the Russian classics A.S.Pushkin, M.Yu.Lermontov, N.A.Nekrasov.
The second part “Dauyl men ottan zharalgan” presents the recollections of the poets and writers of Kazakhstan: Abdilda Tazhibayev, Gafu Kayirbekov, Mukhamedzhan Karatayev, Muzafar Alimbayev, Serik Kirabayev, Sabit Dosanov and many others about the creative activity of K.Amanzholov.
Kasym Amanzholov (1911-1955) – the Kazak poet. A participant of the Great Patriotic war. In 1931-41 worked in the editorial offices of the republican newspaper “Leninshyl zhas” and the Uralsk regional newspaper “Ekpyndy kurylys”, and also at the regional theatre. From 1946 occupied the post of head of the section of poetry of the magazine “Adebiyet zhane oner” (“Literature and art”). |
