On February 29, 2012 there at the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place the memorial evening  dedicated to the 90-th birthday of the people’s artist of the USSR and Kazakhstan, Khalyk kaharmany Roza Tazhibayevna Baglanova.

   This activity was held within the framework of the Club on art “Inzhu-marzhan” organized for readers at the National library of the RK. The purpose of the club is the propagation of Kazakh art, organization of meetings with figures of art, carrying out of panels,exhibitions of pictures of artists, establishment of creative relations etc.

   There within the framework of the evening was organized the book-illustrative exhibition “Gasyr anshisy” about the life and creative activity of the people’s artist Roza Baglanova. There at the exhibition are presented more than 150 editions.

   There in the evening participated the well-known singer, people’s artist of Kazakhstan Makpal Zhunusova, poet Shomishbai Sariyev, producer of Roza Baglanova- Kuanysh Abdukhalimov, the singer Birzhan Khasangaliyev, the group “Tarlan”, the relatives and near people of Roza Baglanova etc.
