There in the Dissertations’ department of the National library of the RK is organized the exhibition of dissertations by the following heme “The modern aspects of development of linguistics and literature study in Kazakhstan”.

   There at the exhibition are presented the dissertations of Kazakhstani scientists defended for the last 5 years by the speciality “Philological sciences” and reflecting the achievements of modern Kazakh linguistics, the research methods and also the new trends in linguistics like ethnical linguistics, cognitive linguistics, para-linguistics and pragma-linguistics.

   In the past decades there at the junction of linguistics and cultural studies appeared the science named lingual-cultural studies. The lingual-cultural studies is a young science which is in the stage of being formed. At the present time there in the fond of the Dissertations’ department of the National library of the RK grew the number of lingual-cultural study works.

   There are proposed for your attention the most significant works of well-known Kazakhstani scientists.
