On February 13, 2015 at 15:00 hours there in the Exhibitions’ hall took place the presentation of the books by the professor of the Kazakh national university after al-Farabi, the winner of the prize after Ch.Ualikhanov Toleubayev Abdesh Tashkenovich published during 2013-2014.
The books published during 2013-2014 are the following:
-The problems of the epoch of bronze and the early iron age of Kazakhstan. A, 2013. 519p.
-The problems of ethnography of the Kazakhs. A, 2013. 494p.
-The cult of nature and the medical magic of the Kazakhs. A, 2013. 182p.
-Toleubayev A.T. Traditional beliefs and superstitious rites of Kazakhs. A. 2013. 236p.
-Tiriltyp otken kyundi tagy sholdep… (the bibliography of prof.Toleubayev A.). A., 2014. 319p.
There in the above-mentioned books are placed the scientific works of A.T.Toleubayev in the sphere ethnography and archeology of Kazakhstan which are the result of his expedition and cabinet researches during more than 40 years.
There in his works are highlighted such concrete issues and problems like the relics of the pre-Islamic and Islamic faiths, rites and world outlooks of the Kazakhs; the ethnography of the Kazakh community; the results of the multi-year researches of the monuments of the bronze epoch in the eastern regions of Kazakhstan; the results of archeological excavations of the early-Sak monuments at the foothills of Tarbagatai; the issues of the social-political level of development of the Sak society; the history of discovery, the process of cabinet, laboratory researches and the experience of reconstruction of the Shilikty “Golden Man”. There in the last work have found reflection the biography and bibliography of the researcher.
In the first two books the articles are published in the Kazakh, Russian, English and German languages.
There within the framework of the activity out of the fond of the National library is organized the book exhibition dedicated to the creative activity of the author.
The activity was opened by Director-General of the National library, winner of the State prize, honoured figure of the RK, writer Alibek Askar.
The moderator was the head of the chair of archeology, ethnology, museum studies of the Kazaklh National University after Al-Farabi, doctor of science (history), professor Kalysh Amanzhol Boranbayevich.
There at the activity spoke: M.Kh.Asylbekov, U.Kh.Shalekenov, K.T.Zhumagulov, B.Nurzhekeyev, M.K.Abuseitova, N.Alimbai, M.E.Eleuov, S.E.Azhigali, B.Ibrayev, E.Tursynov, A.Z.Beisenov, A.U.Toktabai, S.I.Ospanov.
There within the framework of the activity out of the fond of the National library was organized the book exhibition dedicated to the creative activity of the author. Also there at the presentation the new edition was donated to the library. The author signed and gave the books to the participants.
There in the presentation participated: public figures, historians, librarians of Almaty city, students of colleges, readers of the National library of the RK.
