On January 13, 2016 at 15:00 hours there in the Exhibitions’ hall took place the presentation of two books named “Evropadagy Kazaktar” (The Kazakhs in Europe) and “Polsha kyundeligy” (The Polish diary) by the journalist and publicist Dosan Baimoldy.

 

   The organizers: the World Association of the Kazakhs and the International public foundation “er-Zhanibek”.

   There in the book “Evropadagy Kazaktar” the author shares his thoughts about the history of settlement of the Kazakhs in the countries of Europe and the development of the Kazakh community in the European countries. The author worked for many years at the radiostation “Azattyk” and was heading the radio-programme “Shetel kazaktary” (The foreign Kazakhs). The book is written on the basis of the archival documents and materials of the radio and the interviews taken among the Kazakhs living in Europe.
   There in the book “Polsha kyundeligy” the author shares his thoughts about the historical and friendly relations between Poland and Kazakhstan.

 
   The activity was opened by Director-General of the National library, writer Alibek Askar.

 There spoke: T.Mamashev, M.Temirbayev, U.Kalizhan, A.Mendeke, E.Omarov, D.Yskak, I.Zhemenei, D.Baimolda.

 
   The participants: public figures and figures of science and culture, teachers of colleges and universities and mass-media representatives.
