There in the programme of Biblionight from June 12 to 13, 2017 at the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of International Literary Biennale “Influence of writers upon spiritual horizon of society. Steady development of the world” took place the international scientific-practical conference “Central Asia – Arabic world: interrelation of history and cultures” and the opening of International festival of cine-poetry “Silk way 2017”.

   The conference was opened by director of National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanat Seidumanov, director of the Institute of Oriental studies after R.B.Suleimenov, Academician of the higher school of the Academy of sciences of the RK, doctor of science (philology), professor Derbisali Absattar kazhy, rector of Egyptian university of Islamic culture “Nur Mubarak”, doctor, professor Zhuda Basyuni. There at the conference spoke the well-known Kazakhstani and foreign scientists.
   The fond of rare books and manuscripts of National library of the RK was replenished with the ancient manuscript of Koran from private owner Daniyar Abulgazin, besides this there in the solemn atmosphere were given over the manuscripts of the well-known Kazakh scientist-Arabic specialist Saduakas kazhy Gylmani by his heirs.
   There in the format of International Literary Biennale took place the establishment of the new international festival of cine-poetry “Silk Way 2017”. The purpose of the festival is the popularization of the works of the poets of Kazakhstan and the Orient.
The organizers of the festival presented the guests seven mini-films by Kazakhstani cinema directors: “The concubine” to the verses of Shakarim (director Djuliya Gani); “Any liquid poured into the jug” to the verses of Olzhas Suleimenov (director Yadykar Ibrayimov), “Gaisha” to the verses of Mukhtar Shakhanov (director Sabi Abdi), “The black light” to the verses of Nazgul Sarybayeva (director Aigul Aksambiyeva), “Hard to accept” to the verses of Galymzhan Zhalayiri (director Safar Shakeyev), “In that month of May” to the verses of Bella Akhmadulina (director Ainur Niyazova) and “To soar” to the verses of Alexei Krysa (director Nurali Kadirov). After the demonstration there took place the ceremony of awarding with diplomas of directors of the festival of cine-poetry “The Silk way”, in which there participated the well-known Kazakhstani poet and publ;ic figure Olzhas Suleimenov and General Secretary of TURKSOI Dyuisenbai Kaseyinov.
   The biblionight at Biennale was finished with the demonstration of the film “Shal” by the known Kazakhstani director E.Tursunov.
