There in the dissertations’ department  of National library of the RK is organized the exhibition “History and cognition”.

   There at the exhibition are presented the candidate and doctoral dissertations of Kazakhstani scientists defended during the period from 1997 to 2011 by the speciality “Historical sciences”.
   The exhibition consists of chapters:
   “The history of Kazakh statehood”;
   “Education in Kazakhstan: history and modern times”;
   “International relations”.
   The purpose of the exhibition: to acquaint the students who are writing their diplomas, masters, PhD doctorants and scientific workers with the history of Kazakh society, development of science and education in Kazakhstan  upon the dissertation works of Kazakhstani scietntists.
