On May 5, 2018 there at the cinema club of Ermek Tursynov took place the holiday concert “Urandy erdin – urpagy kaisar” dedicated to the Day of defender of Motherland, organized by the council of the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

   The holiday concert was carried out by the host of show concerts Zheniskhan Zhaidar. There in the programme of the concert were performed the modern songs and the songs of the war years. There in the concert participated the young specialists of National library of the RK, students of the Kazakh national academy of arts after T.K.Zhurgenov, the students of
the Almaty musical college after P.I.Chaikovskiy.
   There within the framework of the celebration of the Day of defender of Motherland were awarded with certificates and letters of gratitude the workers of National library of the RK and the workers of the police who are on guard of the library’s security.
