On November 29, 2018 the specialists of the Service of restoration, conservation and binding of National library of the RK Nurgazy Shalkar and Gabdolova Eleonora participated in the republican scientific-practical seminar “The problems of preservation and revival of cultural heritage” which took place in the Otrar state museum-preserve.
   The seminar started from the acquaintance with the exposition hall of the museum. There in the seminar participated the specialists on museum-study, librarians, historians, domestic scientists and heads of museums at the study establishments. During the seminar there were presented the reports, there were discussed the problems of preservation of the fonds, there were exchanged opinions and proposals regarding the preservation and revival of cultural heritage. At the end of the activity there was organized for the guests the trip to the mausoleum of Arystan-bab and the excursion around the territory of Otrar.
   The results of the seminar were summarized by director of the Otrar museum-preserve S.Sh.Akylbek who handed the certificates to the guests and participants. The seminar was interesting and fruitful.
