Deputy Director-General of the NLRK Gulissa Balabekova took part in the international conference on interlibrary loan and delivery of documents “East – West in the age of informational-telecommunication technologies” which took place on December 3-7 at the National library of Belarus (Minsk, the Republic of Belarus).
