Director-General of the NLRK Orynbassar Issakhov took part in the Congress “The Russian language – the key to the dialogue and mutual enrichment of cultures. The mission of libraries in the development of reading and humanitarian communications” held by the Non-commercial partnership of the Library Assembly of Eurasia under the aegis of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the RF and the Inter-parliamentary assembly of the states-participants of the CIS in the Russian State Library (Moscow, the Russian Federation).
