14.10.2008 – The National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the project initiative group (the sponsor V.V.Pak, the organizers of the project – the poetess, journalist Rimma Artemyeva, publisher A.Kovalenko) made the presentation of the new book of the well-known writer (member of the Writers’ Union of the USSR from 1964), the scientist with the world renoun, doctor of science (biology), professor Pavel Yiustinovich Marikovski named “The seasons of the year” (Almaty, 2008).

       There in the presentation participated: the Chief scientific secretary of the NLRK E.I.Ismailov, sponsor of the project V.V.Pak, the organizer of the project R.Artemyeva, the publisher of the book A.Kovalenko, the poetess L.Shashkova, the film director I.Gonopolski, the consul of the Embassy of Poland to the RK A.Volchak, also the pupils of P.Y.Marikovski and others.

       There for the presentation was opened the book-illustrative exhibition out of the fonds of the National library of the RK named “P.Y.Marikovski – the scientist with the world renown”. There at the exhibition were presented the works of P.Y.Marikovski which were published from 1951 to 2008 in the publishing houses of Moscow and Almaty. Also at the exhibition were shown the multiple publications in “Prostor”, ”Niva”, ”Tugan Olke”, ”Amanat”, ”Knigolyub” etc magazines. The exhibition was supplemented by the works of the known artist Tamara Volkova named “The petroglyphs of Kazakhstan”.
