26.12.2008        At 11-00 there at the Lesser hall of the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place the presentation of the 10-volume “History of Kazakh literature” and the 5-volume “Anthology of Kazakh music” published by “The cultural heritage” state programme. The presentation was organized by the Ministry of science and education of the RK, the Institute of literature and art after M.O.Auezov and the “KazAkparat” publishing corporation.

There in the preparation of the 10-volume “History of Kazakh literature” participated the collective of the Institute of literature and art after M.O.Auezov under the leadership of academician S.A.Kaskabasov, many other scientists and researchers. As a result in the course of 3 years the multi-volume “History of Kazakh literature” saw the light. The 5-volume “Anthology of Kazakh music” was prepared under the leadership of the well-known scientist, professor S.Kuzembayeva.

There in the presentation ceremony participated the director of the Institute of literature and art after M.O.Auezov S.A.Kaskabasov, the president of the “KazAkparat” publishing corporation K.Botbai, professor S.Kuzembayeva,

the chief scientific secretary of the National library of the RK E.I.Ismailov.

The National library of the RK and 19 libraries of Almaty city received as donations for their fonds the books of the “KazAkparat” publishing corporation.
