There in the Centre of cultural programmes of the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized a book exhibition “The Constitution – the basis of development and rise of Kazakhstan” dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and having several divisions.

Especially were singled out the divisions about the President, Parliament, Government and Constitutional Council. There are widely presented the materials about the deputies of the RK, their speeches on the results of their deputy activity.

One of the divisions of the exhibition “The intra-political stability and consolidation of society” presents literature about the civil position based upon the equal possibilities for all the citizens of our country: literature about the social problems which appear in the transition and subsequent periods, literature about the intra-political stability in the republic.

There at the exhibition of special interest are the books by the “Cultural Heritage” State Programme (The ancient world of the Kazakhs, Almaty, 2006), there are collected the materials about the historical period of time to which pertain the general regulations of the Kazakh people which formed the basic law “Zhety zhargy” (“The seven laws”) of Khan Tauke (the second half of the XVII-th c.) which fixed the state structure and the feudal right of the Kazakhs, “The formation of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan” by Sartayev S. and many other materials.
