There in the Ministry of culture and information of the RK was created the work group for the elaboration of the State programme for the functioning and development of languages for 2011-2020, the primary goal of which is the implementation of the new stage of the linguistic policy. There at the National library of the RK under the chairmanship of the Minister of culture and information M.Kul-Mukhammed took place the first session of the work group.
