There at the Regional universal scientific library after S.Seifullin in Taldykorgan city took place the scientific-practical conference "Kitapkhana – rukhaniyat ordasy" dedicated to the 60-th anniversary since the creation of the RUSL after S.Seifullin.

There in the conference participated the workers of the National library of the RK – councilor E.Ismailov and the head of the scientific-research department B.Shaimerdenova. There at the conference were made the following reports: B.Shaimerdenova “The state and development of librarianship in the Almaty region”, director of the RUSL after S.Seifullin M.S.Nurgaliyeva “The revival of librarianship during the period of globalization”.

The collective of the library accepted congratulations from the guests of honour of the conference (former directors of the RUSL) B.Doskeyev and G.Suleimenova. The workers of the RUSL after S.Seifullin were awarded by certificates of honour of the regional akimat, the regional department of culture, the peoples-democratic party “Nur-Otan” (the affiliate of the Almaty region), and there were summarized the results of the regional competition “The exemplary village library” and the victors awarded. 

There in the conference took place the representatives of the regional akimat, the regional department of culture, the directors of the district and city Centralized library systems of the Almaty region.
