Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Unit of the Asian Development Bank. The CAREC Program helps Central Asian and neighboring countries realize their potential in an increasingly integrated Eurasia by promoting and facilitating regional cooperation in transport, trade, energy, and other key areas of mutual interest. Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) is an international financial institution founded by Russia and Kazakhstan in January 2006 in order to foster development of market economy in the member states, their sustainable economic growth, and to expand trade and economic ties of the post-Soviet countries. The Bank strives to become a consolidating element within the financial infrastructure and a catalyst for the expansion of integration processes in the territory of its member states. Islamic Development Bank (IDB) IDB is an international financial institution founded in 1975 with the purpose to foster the economic development and social progress of member countries and Muslim communities in non-member states; promote solidarity and cooperation among the IDB member states; support to development of Islamic economy, finance and banking. United Nations (UN) was founded in 1945 by fifty one countries with the main goal of protecting peace through development of international cooperation and enforcing collective security. Today 192 countries are the members states of the UN. The UN is a center of solving global problems that mankind is facing nowadays. World Bank (WB). Founded in 1944, the World Bank is one of the world’s largest sources of development assistance. Currently, the Bank is present in more than 100 developing countries and economies in transition, and provides both financial assistance and advice to raise living standards and improve the life of the world’s poor.
